We provide a wide range of food offers, from breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurants to meeting hospitality and fine dining for functions and events. Whatever the occasion, we pride ourselves on serving freshly cooked, beautifully presented dishes made using high quality ingredients.
**Key Equipment and Processes**
Security is central to everything we do:
· Our clients operate in a variety of secure locations and security is at the forefront of our processes, systems and training,
· The technology, systems and processes we use are approved to the highest military and government standards and use Secure by Design Principles,
· ESS introduced the first Frictionless Store on the MOD estate at the Defence Academy in 2024 having secured full technical approvals for all the technology involved,
· We employ 7,000 security cleared staff over 250 UK locations, the majority of which are MOD sites,
· Our supply partners are used to working with us in sensitive sites and approach their roles with professionalism and integrity as an extension of our team.
